Fire and Ice is owned and operated by Alan L. Romano CEC, CCE, AAC and his wife Deborah. He has been sculpting ice for over 15 years, he is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and is a Chef-Instructor at GTCC. He has done hundreds of ice sculptures for many celebrities, major golf tournaments, film, TV and charity events across the country. They also do food consulting and styling for photo shoots, film and television. Fire & Ice also sell crystal clear ice blocks for carving.
